JACKED CLASSIC ATHLETE WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

PARTICIPANT INFORMATION:

ASSUMPTION OF RISK:

I, the undersigned, acknowledge and fully understand that participation in the Jacked Classic (hereinafter referred to as "the Event") involves strenuous physical activity, including but not limited to Olympic weightlifting, which involves inherent risks, dangers, and hazards. These risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of personal injury (including, but not limited to, strains, sprains, muscle tears, broken bones, permanent disability, paralysis, and death), loss of personal property, and other risks that may be unforeseen.

I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any and all risks, including those arising from negligence, whether active or passive, of the Released Parties (as defined below), while participating in the Event.

WAIVER AND RELEASE:

In consideration for being allowed to participate in the Event, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives, hereby release, waive, and discharge the following parties (the “Released Parties”): Jacked Classic, Jacked Nation, its owners, directors, officers, event staff, agents, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, affiliates, and any other entity associated with the Event from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Event.

I understand and agree that this waiver releases all liability for personal injury, death, disability, property damage, and other types of loss arising from my participation in the Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

MEDICAL TREATMENT:

I hereby consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary by the Event organizers, medical personnel, or emergency services. I understand that I will be financially responsible for any medical treatment and associated costs that may arise from my participation in the Event.

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO RELEASE AND MARKETING RIGHTS:

I hereby grant full permission to the Event organizers, sponsors, and their agents to photograph, video record, or otherwise capture my participation in the Event. I understand that these materials may be used in perpetuity for promotional, commercial, or informational purposes across various media platforms, including but not limited to websites, social media, and print materials, without any compensation to me.

I acknowledge that by participating in the Event, I consent to the use of my image, likeness, voice, and performance for marketing and promotional efforts related to the Jacked Classic and its associated brands. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished media product that may be created in connection with these materials.

CODE OF CONDUCT:

I agree to abide by the rules and instructions of the Event organizers and event staff, including but not limited to proper sportsmanship, respect for other athletes, and compliance with safety protocols. I understand that failure to follow these guidelines may result in my disqualification and removal from the Event.

INDEMNIFICATION:

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from my breach of this Waiver or my participation in the Event.

I certify that I am at least 18 years of age, or if I am under 18 years of age, my parent or legal guardian has signed below on my behalf.

FOR MINOR PARTICIPANTS:

As the parent or legal guardian of the minor participant named above, I hereby consent to their participation in the Event and agree to all the terms set forth in this Waiver.

By signing this waiver, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth above.
