Legacy Club Terms & Conditions

Eligibility
Legacy Club membership is limited to the first 100 individuals who complete the official registration form during the Road to 100 campaign. Submission of the form is required to be recognized as a Legacy Club member and to receive associated perks.

Campaign Duration
The Road to 100 campaign will remain active until 100 Legacy Club members have been confirmed. Jacked reserves the right to conclude or modify the campaign at any time.

​

Membership Status
Legacy Club status is tied to an active membership at Jacked. If a member cancels their membership, Legacy Club status and associated benefits are forfeited.

Membership Rate (Legacy Club Benefit)
Legacy Club members will retain their current membership rate at the time of registration when base membership rates increase upon reaching 100 members as part of the Road to 100 campaign.

This rate protection applies specifically to the initial rate increase associated with reaching 100 members. Future rate adjustments may occur and are not included in this protection.

Rate Protection Limitations
Legacy Club rate protection applies only to standard membership pricing and does not apply to:

• Add-on services or specialty programs

• Membership upgrades or changes initiated by the member

• Reinstated memberships after cancellation

If a membership is canceled and later restarted, the member will rejoin at the current market rate and will not retain Legacy Club pricing.

Perks & Recognition
Legacy Club members will receive:

• Exclusive Legacy Club merchandise

• Recognition as part of the Foundational Era • 2026

• Access to a members-only event upon reaching 100 members

Perks are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Program Changes
Jacked reserves the right to modify or update Legacy Club benefits, terms, and conditions at any time as needed.
