I acknowledge that participation in personal training sessions, including but not limited to strength training, Olympic weightlifting, conditioning, functional fitness, hybrid training, mobility work, and cardiovascular exercise, involves inherent risks.
These risks may include, but are not limited to: muscle strains, sprains, tears, joint injuries, back or spinal injuries, cardiovascular events, dizziness, fainting, dehydration, and in rare cases, serious injury or death.
I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, even if arising from the negligence of Jacked Nation and its coaches, trainers, employees, and contractors, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
