SPONSOR/VENDOR INFORMATION:

Sponsorship & Vendor Opportunities

Title Sponsor – $2,500+ (1 Spot)

• Recognized as Main Event Sponsor

• Prime logo placement on stage and signage

• Dedicated sponsor posts on Jacked Classic social media

• Logo featured in emails sent to all competitors

• Prominent placement on Jacked Classic website sponsor section

• MC announcements throughout the event

• Logo inclusion on paid ads and promotional campaigns

• 3 Highlight reels featured on social platforms

• Logo on Athlete name plaque

• One complimentary athlete registration (must be submitted 90+ days prior to the event)

Gold Sponsor – $1,250

• High logo visibility placement at the venue

Silver Sponsor – $1,000

Contributing Sponsor – $500

• Recognition as contributing sponsor on Jacked Classic social media

• Logo featured on Jacked Classic website sponsor section

Vendor – $300

• 10’x10’ vendor space (indoors: table setup | outdoors: tent permitted)

• Listed as official vendor in athlete email communications

• Vendor spotlight on Jacked Classic social media story

Food Vendor – $400

• 10’x10’ vendor space (must provide packaged food if indoors)

• Listed as official food vendor in athlete emails

• Dedicated pre-event post on social media

PAYMENT TERM

- 50% deposit due upon signing (non-refundable)

- Final 50% due no later than September 15, 2025

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Payment: All fees are due as outlined above. Late payments may result in forfeiture of sponsorship or vendor space.

2. Cancellation: Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event.

3. Liability: Jacked Classic, Jacked Nation, and event staff are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury that occurs before, during, or after the event.

4. Insurance: Vendors are responsible for carrying their own insurance. Proof of insurance may be requested.

5. Compliance: All vendors and sponsors must comply with venue rules, city/state laws, and event staff instructions.

6. Setup & Breakdown: Vendors must set up within the designated timeframe and may not dismantle early without prior approval.

7. Promotion: Jacked Classic reserves the right to use sponsor/vendor names, logos, and likenesses in promotional materials.

8. Exclusivity: Sponsorships and vendor spaces are non-exclusive unless otherwise agreed in writing.
